My best Trek!

Thank you Oriental Journeys, Machhindra and Aneel for managing great trip for us. We are very lucky in a way that we did not research about the package and picked this trek that is friendly with our budget. The trek far exceeded our expectations! Everything was going very smoothly. I really loved when I was in Kala Pathar. It's really stunning place. The flight are all time scenic from Kala Pathar to Lukla. I would definately recommend Oriental Journeys !

Amazing Trek to EBC

Really a Fantastic trek in the Everest base camp. I and my husband was overwhelmed by the scenery on the planet. During the trek, we stayed in the teahouse lodge and also observe the beautiful Sherpa culture and their great hospitality. Our guide did everything possible to get us to EBC and back in reduced time after our flight to Lukla had been delayed by the couple of days. We enjoyed a lot when we get back to Lukla via helicopter with a beautiful  scene of the Himalayas. Even the operator Machhindra did frequent contact with us when we were stocked in Lukla. He is very kind and gentle. We definitely recommend Oriental Journeys for their professional services and will plan to come back Nepal with same operator.

Today we will be on our trek with the freezing cold and the chilly wind.We will trek to the Kala Patthar also known as Black Rock. Everyone can trek up to Kalapatthar but the way it makes it strenuous. Additionally, we need to acclimatize to the weather of the Kala Patthar as the air becomes thinner as we go above.  Moreover, the attractiveness of Kala Patthar is the clear view of Mount Everest and other peaks like Lingtren, Khubutse, Lhotse and Nuptse.  Besides the exhausting journey, you feel rewarded with the magnificent view of the sunrise and the mountain peaks. You can capture the pictures of the scenic view.

After your trek up to Kala Patthar, we will come back to Gorak Shep. We will take a helicopter ride from here to Lukla. You will be above the mountains flying along with the clouds, you will see all those flashbacks of your journey below you. Furthermore, you will see the trails through which you trekked, the wearying journey, glacial rivers and your beautiful memories to the Everest base camp from the helicopter in the sky.

I along with my family choose Everest Base Camp trek and fly back by Helicopter tour with Oriental Journeys. The services were awesome. We reached up to Kalapathar and the view was just awesome. From Kalapathar, we flew back to Lukla. Our guide Layu did fantastic job. He took care of my whole family including my children too. We definitely recommend Oriental Journeys for anyone going to Nepal.
