The foremost popular trekking peak, Island Peak is one of the major attractions in the Khumbu region of Nepal. Imja Tse is another name for the peak. Many adventure lovers from around the world climb the peak with an extension of Everest Base Camp Trekking. You can see the peak as a separate island from Dingboche.
