Refreshing Holidays
I had a wonderful and refreshing holiday with Oriental Journeys this summer. Especially, Chitwan was stunning and I saw many wild animals including several birds. The hotel served me delicious food. Can I fly instead of Driving ?
Yes, instead of driving, you can choose to fly from Kathmandu to Chitwan (Bharatpur), Chitwan to Pokhara and Pokhara – Kathmandu, and Kathmandu-Bhairahawa. There are daily flights departing at different intervals of time in these sectors. You have to note that the domestic flight cost within Nepal is a bit more expensive than in other parts of the world.
Can I go Jeep Safari instead of Elephant back Safari?
As a responsible trek/tour company, we highly discourage tour that uses animals. We do not operate Elephant Back Safari. Our Jungle Safari includes the activities with Jeep Safari. We do the Jeep Safari tour during the Chitwan Wildlife Jungle Safari Tour.
Does anybody come for airport pickup?
A representative of Oriental Journeys comes to pick you up at the Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu. A private vehicle will pick you from the airport to your hotel at Thamel. The service is inclusive of the price you paid for the trip.
What time does the tour activities begin?
The morning activities begin with a wake-up call around 6:30 am followed by breakfast. Generally, the sightseeing tour starts at 9:00 am and will last for 6-7 hours. Every day, in the evening, your guide will brief you about your activities for the next day. During the tour, you will have breaks for meals, tea coffee, photography, and toilets. As a part of the tour, you will have time to visit the souvenir shops nearby.
Can I book something at the last minute?
Although planning is best for convenience, last-minute reservations are also an option. As per our payment terms, 100% of the balance for such reservations needs to be completed in less than 24 hours. We try to be there to help whenever it’s needed. Refreshing Holidays
I had a wonderful and refreshing holiday with Oriental Journeys this summer. Especially, Chitwan was stunning and I saw many wild animals including several birds. The hotel served me delicious food. Pokhara is a heavenly place. I equally enjoyed the heritage sites of Kathmandu. Thanks to my both guides Aneel and Nabin for their nice hospitality.

Glimpse of Nepal Tour is the ideal package for the family tour and explore about Nepal in a short period of Time. This would be the best for the couple with children who wants to explore cultural heritage, flora and fauna along with the exploring national park in Nepal!
