Kathmandu Valley Heritage Tour is a perfect tour to explore the world heritage sites of Kathmandu valley. We have visited the holy shrines called Pashupatinath, Goddess Kumari and Boudhnath Stupa. I was really surprised and attracted with the tradition like Nepali people worship small girl as Goddess Kumari. We saw Kumari, the living goddess of Nepal when our guide request the relative family in Kathmandu Durbar Square. Luckily, we got a chance to see the panoramic views of Mountains and the sunrise view over Himalayas from Nagarkot. Our guide Machhindra was really cool and very knowledgeable about the history and tradition of Nepal. I definitely recommend Machhindra as a guide for any cultural and sightseeing tour to Nepal.

We had a fun time during our visit to Nepal. We went for Kathmandu Valley Heritage tour after our Everest Base Camp Trek. It was a festival time. Particularly we enjoyed the mask dance and chariot procession in Kathmandu Durbar Square. The little girl, Kumari, our guide says, "living god", was so cute. Thousands of people were there and it was so crowd. We hardly escape from there. The local food was too delicious but a bit spicy. The taste was amazing. The cultural heritage tour is that one must do to understand Nepal. Thanks, Oriental Journeys and Machhindra for this great tour.
